What a lovely book. The drawings are so appealing...great selection of locales and wonderful wildlife. The pages are double sided but the paper is thick and the spine folds absolutely flat so that you can color all the way to the seam. This book is going to be a lot of fun to use.

Gorgeous and Informative. I love it.
Nice to have to keep you gooding
This book has nice paper but the illustrations are a bit quickly done.
The book is bigger than some of the other coloring books out there. The drawings here are detailed and well-done. I love the information about the animals. The most unique part about this book is focus on different NYC neighborhoods and their wildlife. My nieces and I love being able to identify the places in this book.
I preordered three copies of this book after seeing it on InStyle.com. It did not disappoint! After bringing it to work with me, I had to order another three copies for friends who just had to have it themselves. The scenes are beautiful, and will bring a smile to the face of New Yorkers and visitors alike. The artist's work is so lovely, at first I was almost intimidated to color it in, but after starting you realize the artist knew what she was doing—everything is just detailed enough to be interesting, but loose enough to make it your own.This is a book for people who really love to color—and did I mention the quality? The paper is smooth, thick (but not too thick), and held up very well to colored pencils and markers. The cover is beautiful too, and keeps the book well-protected when you're toting it around. I love the captions in the back—they don't interfere with the coloring, yet they taught me so much about the places and animals from the scenes. A real winner!
Great book. Drawings are nice and would be perfect for watercolor. Not overly detailed so lots of room for creativity which is fantastic. 38 pictures in total. Rear of book has a patagraph on each picture and each animal inside. Paper is much thicker than most coloring books. Very nicely done book.
If you enjoy interesting colour books with a solid theme, this one will definitely please you. I love the way this book is arranged and it is beautifully made as well. The cover is wonderful and the inner pages are good quality paper, although the pages are dual-sided. I love the artwork and the way the book features both simpler and more complex pages to suit your current colouring mood. The animals drawn here are beautiful and the city scenes are immediately recognisable.

This artist is very good with perspective and the pictures are a joy to colour. This is a fun book just to look through, as you notice some little detail you didn't notice before every time you do. This would make a wonderful gift for the person who loves to colour, or just a great addition to your colouring book collection. I look forward to further books from this artist.
